• Ignorant Desk staff, Toilet was stopped up I called for help, desk brought a plunger for me to plunge somebody elses toilet paper down, didnt code key.

“I have to go back down stairs to front desk and was told my keys had to have been decoded by me and it was my fault they didnt work. I get upstairs and one key works. I was really thirsty by this time and needing medicine I needed Ice of course and something from a coke machine, I have to go down stairs because the ice machine ended up being down stairs and in the break room lobby the coke machine is sold out. After getting back into my room, the toilet isn't flushing right. It's slow and raising to the top with water about to overflow. I call to get someone to help fix it. Front desk tells me to come down and get a plunger.”

• It was close to my destination.
• It was hidden and there was no signs pointing me in its direction.

“The overall staff was very helpful in pointing me in the direction that I needed to be in getting to my destination and telling me all about the area amenities as well as the amenities in the hotel. They were very helpful with the check-in process. The only thing that I have to complain about is that the hotel is hidden on S. Caraway Rd. and there are really no signs pointing you in it's direction.”

• Convent location.
• Charge extra for double beds, rude hotel staff, horrible bed.

“This hotel has a very rude staff and charges extra for a double bed. The staff claims you booked the "handicap room" and you had to book a double room. Staff told me they could not help me and hung up on me. I will never use Praline again after my horrible experience. The hotel room with the extra 10 dollars for a double bed ending up costing more than ordering the hotel room from the hotel online. Horrible value and experience! I do not recommend!”

• We wanted to spend time with our son on leave from Iraq it was handy for that.
• It had no pool and was not attractive to our grandchildren.

“The motel was ok it was basically clean but had no attraction for our grandchildren [pool] it served our purpose. To be with our son and family and to attend softball tournaments that 2 of our grandchildren were involved i.e. would stay again under the same circumstances.”

• Stuck in a smokers room, nasty!

“If I could have had a non smoking room it would have been excellent! But it stunk so bad I had to wash everything I brought in to the room because of the 2nd hand smoke smell, horrible!”

• Great value for the price, rooms clean, great housekeeping and nice breakfast included.
• Needs maintenance / upkeep. Towels very thin.

“This was an excellent value for the price. We were able to check in early without any problem. I found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful and housekeeping did a really nice job with our room daily. Rooms include a mini fridge and microwave as well as a free continental breakfast with waffles. This made this even a better value. The location was convenient for us and there are several motels/hotels in this area. Although I never had a problem, the parking lot could be a little more secure and better lit.”
