• It was quiet, clean, convenient. We will stay there again.
• No cart for luggage to take to room or out.

• Our room was still not available at 8:30 pm.

“This was the worst experience in a hotel ever. Our room wasn't available till 8:45 after repeated attempts to check in. The toilet backed up and the heat put out a bad smell that set off the fire alarm.”
