• The front desk personnel was great in disposition.
• Nothing.

“The room was comfortable without any problems; but the hotel front desk personnel was so friendly that I will make sure to stay there at least once a month when I travel for business. Please be sure to inform them of my opinion.”

• Room was more spacious than I expected.
• I was awoke by a loud noise on my first night's stay ( hammering ).

• Cleanliness.
• Counter space in dress area not large enough for coffee. Coffee pot placed on writing desk on other side of room. Weird.

“Excellent. Would market it for privacy. Not near any other hotel on the main strip. But still near shopping by 3 blocks. No room service or suggestions for eating. Complimentary breakfast v. good- waffle iron! Not enough shampoo, etc. As if we would receive too much. And, it was Pantene - not 3-star shampoo. Beautiful bed linens. HBO, yea! View is concrete top of building. Would build facade so view is better because trees are in back of view.”

• Hotel was very clean and had many amenities. Continental breakfast was excellent.

• The staff and management really nice people always said hello and asked how you was very friendly hotel. Best I ever stayed at!
• The non smoking in rooms. But it got us outside in the fresh air.

“Really comfortable hotel with nice big rooms the air de humidifier was awesome I plan on buying one! The indoor pool and whirlpool was real relaxing already missing it.”

• Great bed.
• Not setup for business people.

“The desk in the room isn't setup for business people. You have to unplug light at desk to plug in your laptop charger. Coffee maker is located in inconvenience place and takes up another outlet. desk chair worn out, very un comfortable. I've stayed there twice and probably won't stay there again.”

• Location to soccer fields, indoor pool for kids, and breakfast.
• Needs larger breakfast room.

“Excellent price, excellent beds and pillows. Great for families room could accommodate everyone. Kids loved the indoor pool. Rooms were clean, bathroom was very large.”
