• Convenient location, ease of access.
• Filthy overstuffed chairs, body oils, dirt and sweat in a layer that felt like smooth leather.

“This may have once qualified as Holiday Inn quality, but this was long ago and it is now a cheap quality place.”

• I love the location right off the interstate half way between little rock and Memphis.
• The beds were hard. I didn't rest well at all because of this.

“The only negative I have is that the beds were too hard. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel.”

• The room was quiet and clean, the shower was great!
• The bar attached to the lobby was busy, and there was no interior access.

“The room was clean and serviceable. Still, the neighborhood and bar clientele made this a location not worth lingering in, even for breakfast. Still, the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room.
• It was clean but you could tell it was an older hotel that was refurbished.

“We would stay again if in the area. Instead of a cont breakfast they gave us a coupon for $10. Off of our breakfast at the hotel. It was very nice.”

• Although the hotel was poor in safety and quality, the staff was excellent and served with a smile.
• The hotel is not in a safe location and the amenities are of poor quality.

“For my money I expected a better quality of hotel and a safer location. I was awoken at 1:00 by a man knocking on my door from a hotel located right behind me. I did not answer the door but I watched as he walked back to his room in the other building. Needless to say I did lose sleep and did not feel comfortable with the situation. I did notify the management of the situation and they were helpful as they immediately sent out security. Overall it is a poor choice in hotel, but the staff is very effective.”
