• A very nice woman at the front desk.
• Bathrooms need a remodel.

“If you are going through and simply need a place to put your head. This will work. That's it. If you are on interstate 80 and can't make it to Iowa city or davenport. Stay here. Its just a room.”

• The location was good for my event.
• Rude staff and filthy rooms with damaged furniture.

“The hotel refused to provide a non smoking double room even though rooms were available. The room was filthy and smelled horrible.”

• Close to the town we needed to go to.
• Pool size, no other recreational activities, crowded lobby/breakfast area.

“Okay for a one night stay but wouldn't really recommend it for a longer stay than that.”
