Upkeep and status of room when arriving.
“The upkeep is atrocious, the paint was literally falling off the walls and the carpet coming up from the floor. The temp when I arrived at midnight was 37* outside - the room had not been prepped in any way or even entered prior to my stay, so the heat was not on and the room inside was the same 37* as outside. I was traveling with a 2 yr old child, so this was obviously unacceptable.”
