• Nothing...so didn't stay!!
• Not clean, barking dogs in next room, not comfortable with my children staying there!!

“Very disappointing. On the website the pictures & descriptions were obviously from another Jameson location(which I would consider false advertising!!!) Comforters had stains on them and small dogs were barking in the room next door. I would not let my kids sleep in those beds!! We had to find another hotel at 1am...with 2 small children. Not happy...and would like a refund!!!”

• Nice breakfast included with room, room seemed to be clean.
• Maid forgot to leave us soap next day, but desk clerk brought some to us.

“For the price, we were comfortable, felt safe, had plenty of space, nice TV and good selection of channels to view. Staff was very courteous. The breakfast was very nice, including Belgian waffles, toast, sausage gravy and biscuits, bagels, cereal, juices, and coffee, etc. There was also a USA Today newspaper available as well as computer and wireless internet. Pool appeared clean, although we did not use it.”

• Location convenient to other attractions.
• Dated.

“While the hotel was clean enough, it was dated and dingy. The breakfast was very picked over early in the morning. The staff was not very friendly.”

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• There were mice in our room.

“At first arrival, we were pleased with the quality, although there was candy left on the nightstand, but at night mice came out and were in the room, seemed used to people also. That made me uncomfortable and I did not sleep well knowing they might come up in bed with me.”

• Location was great.
• I don't prefer hotels that your room opens to the outside, but we still enjoyed staying here.

• Nice bedding.
• No electricity on 2nd night, no air, no lights next day.

“The hotel was fine for the reason we were there, a baseball tournament. We had problems with our keys working, and on the 2nd night the electricity went out at 10:30 pm, temperature were in the low 100's and when we woke up by the sun the next morning, hot, still had no lights.”

• Close to restaurants and outlet center.
• No towels in room, had to get from desk clerk.

“Attractive, neat facility. Desk clerk friendly. No towels in room, we were told to come and get them ourselves. Another customer in lobby complaining his room not cleaned a couple days.”

• The bed was very nice.
• The rooms were small and have an outside doorway.

“This motel was a 1 star at best. I stayed in several Holiday Inn Express motels on the same trip that should be 4 star.”
