• Location, pool, internet.
• Smell.

“Room had a smell to it like moldy or musty. Some staff was nice, and some was not. Over all, it is a an okay place for Pocahontas AR.”

• Clean.
• Priced high for what you get.

“Clean and served purpose. However, overpriced for the amenities offered/lacking. Small size. Thin walls, so was loud as other guests talked and worked their way out in early am. When toilets flushed from other rooms, our bathroom toilet made a loud gurgling sound. Strange.”

• It was close to my relatives I was visiting.
• The breakfast was not very good and the housekeeping staff not very good, either.

“I guess it's the best hotel in Pocahontas. It is clean and has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi as well as a small business center. The rooms are adequate, nothing fancy, but ok. The beds are not the most comfortable and the carpet appears to be indoor/outdoor carpet. The staff are friendly for the most part. They do serve a continental breakfast with a small selection of items - no fruit, just a few pastries, a couple of selections of cereal, some waffles and sausage and biscuits and orange juice, coffee and tea. If you find yourself in this remote northeast corner of Arkansas and need a room, this place is sufficient.”
