• Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean, smokeless. Convenient. Good price.
• Outdoor side door had no lock or apparent security, such as having to use room key/card to gain access.

“All the amenities were available and working in the room without any asking eg microwave, iron, refrigerator and cable TV. The room was very clean. Breakfast was available at a convenient time and plenty of staff to maintain cleanliness.”

• Location was perfect.
• Everything that was wrong.

“I had to stand around for more then a half hour while they figured out if I was going to be able to stay there. When I check out, I discovered that they check me out of the motel when Lawson from Ohio left. I still do not know what I was charged for my room and would not know until they charge my son's credit card.”

• The breakfast had a very good variety.
• Non smoking room saturated with smoke.

“The bed was comfortable the breakfast was nice. Bathroom was very small, no pool. My major problem was the heavy cigarette smoke in the non smoking room.”

• Overall clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary refreshments were a nice touch.
• I have nothing negative to say about my stay.

“I arrived early the day I was checked in and hurried to get my room clean early so I could get my belongings in the room and not have to drive around and kill time. They did this with smiles and no "attitude". The rooms were clean. The wireless internet was very convenient. They had complementary refreshments like cookies (and not the cheap kind either) and lemonade that I thought were a nice touch. And last but not least, a good breakfast.”

• No maid service second day. Breakfast was lacking to say the least.
