• Location to nearby chain eateries.
• Staffs, ¿Managers¿ are ridiculously smart-alecky, rude and non-conforming.

“The location is near good chain eateries. Other than that, make sure you don't have a problem with anything at this hotel, because the so-called management is either rude, smart-aleck, ill-informed, or totally absent.”

• I like the convenient location just right off the Interstate.
• The room was funky looking and smelled like smoke.

“This hotel is best when it is clean and the appliances are up to date. The bathroom had a big dirty water stain by the drain and the refrigerator, cabinets, stove and pots all looked very distasteful, so I did not use. I just went out to eat. I stayed in room 307. Try it for yourself. The view is not great, and also the railings on the porch did not appear to be sturdy, so I walked closest to the wall. Just a few nicks out of the hotel and it would be better. Also recommend continental breakfast.”

• clerk had trouble with billing, no phone book in room, bathroom too small.
