• The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
• The staff was absolutely rude 20 min wait just to check in because no one was up there.

“I do not believe I will be going back to this hotel. The service was appalling. I stood at the check out counter for 20 minutes then when the girl finally came up there she was on the phone and did not answer any of my questions at all she just handed me the room key, very bad customer service. The room was also nice. Honestly, the customer service that I received there just made the entire stay unbearable.”

• Hotel staff was very kind and helpful (with information on stores nearby).
• Could hear sound made in the hallway.

“I went home for Thanksgiving and needed to be able to telecommute during my stay. I picked this hotel because it was close to my relatives' homes. The room was clean (all are non smoking). This is not a luxury hotel but was very satisfied with my experience. My only issue is that on the second to last night of my stay there was a lot of traffic in the hallway (Bayou Classic weekend) and I heard every sound.”

• Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, free wireless Internet.
• Continental breakfast was very basic. It could use more variety.

“They recently remodeled the hotel (totally non-smoking now), so everything was very nice and clean. The room was basic, with only a shower (no tub) but is perfect for the business traveler. Free wireless Internet a plus. The free breakfast was basic: fruit, cereal, waffle maker, cheap dough nuts, coffee and juice. I had no problems checking in/out. No complaints about the staff; everyone was friendly and helpful.”
