• Morning desk clerk was friendly
• Dirty, loud, broken phone, outside was torn up, Go kart tracks outside the room were very loud.

“The outside of the hotel was dirty and torn up. Some of the doors of the rooms had pad locks on them because the doors were broken. Go Cart tracks directly outside the room were loud. No amenities, things inside the rooms were broken. Trash on the ground. Rooms were average size but the bathrooms were very small.”

• Location.
• Getting a little seedy.

“Good thing I had a copy of my confirmation. Due to the Hurricane they had rented all rooms to FEMA and said they didn't have a room for me. But they did find a room after much debate.”

“Exterior and interior lights were burned out, common areas were not well maintained, tables in room were not wiped down thoroughly, bedspread was stained, toilet didn't flush right, mattress was old and hard, wallpaper was stained and peeling. Overall, I felt everything was dirty and spent as little time there as possible.”

• It was in a great location for what we were doing.
• The service desk personal was awful.

• Cheaply priced and location was easy to find.
• Lobby was locked and night check-in was performed through a window.

“We booked this hotel less than a week before our travel date at an inexpensive rate. The accommodations were standard for an economy class hotel and the room was clean. We checked in late, and didn't feel very safe considering that the lobby was locked and we had to check-in through a teller-style window. I would rate the hotel at no higher than one star, but because the room was clean, I would probably stay there again under similar conditions.”

• Nasty, no towels, door wouldn't lock, had to hold the toilet down to get it to flush, terrible service.

“I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. It's definitely not a family oriented hotel. More like a brothel. There were lots of people hanging around the parking lot and stairwells. It didn't feel safe at all. Most of the ice machines didn't even work. The rooms were not stocked with towels or a garbage can. When we communicated with the staff they were very rude and inconsiderate.”

• Filthy bathroom dog hair covered sofa, broken tub with pubic hair.

“The worst housekeeping staff I have ever encountered. The bathroom was disgusting. There was no drain cover and the tub was literally broken in places. There was pubic hair in the tub, dirt and lint in the corners. Mold. The towels were stained and frayed. The sofa was covered in dog hair. The only good thing I can say about it is the air conditioner worked and the sheets appeared clean.”

• Central location. Easy to get around from there.
• The staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful.

“This hotel is good for business travelers. It is located right off the interstate, and the price is good for those not looking to spend a lot of money. I stayed here twice in a one month period. Both times the rooms were clean, not spotless. If I would have to stay overnight for business in baton rouge, I would definitely consider staying here again.”

• Good rates and location. Very clean and neat room.
• Unable to connect to the hi-speed internet at hotel. The cable TV only had two channels and they were both fuzzy!

“If you are going to just stay and sleep at this hotel then it is good for you. But if you were on business and need to use the internet you are unable to do so. Also if you wanted to relax and catch a favorite TV show or a ball game you could not because the cabled!”
