  • The breakfast was really good. The room was big enough and clean.
  • It was unusually busy for a random weekend in March.

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good although both mornings (at 7:30 and at 9) the breakfast area was very busy. The workers were very welcoming and pleasant.”

  • Clean and safe feeling with a continental breakfast.
  • Pool stayed open later than disclosed and our room was next to pool area.

  • The indoor pool and breakfast.
  • The desk was small.

“I was very surprised by the accommodations. Last month I paid twice as much for 1/3 of the accommodations. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The best surprise was an indoor heated pool in Louisiana.”

  • The hotel is very clean. Love the bedding.
  • The breakfast area was too small.

  • It was new, well appointed, room well furnished with toiletries, great breakfast.
  • We had an add on night. We had to check out and then check back in for the add on. Not sure why.

“Great location, all facilities nice and new, indoor pool and Jacuzzi could be used year round. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Rooms very nice with toiletries and beds with washable coverlets.”

  • The hotel was really nice and the staff was helpful and accommodating.
  • No places to eat within walking distance. Must have transportation.

“Located in southeast baton rouge, it is close to shopping and lots of places to dine. It was very clean and the staff was professional.”

  • The beds were comfortable.
  • The staff was liars.

“We had a single night stay at this hotel. We got in late and headed off to bed. Several times during the middle of the night and the early morning we were awakened to the fire alarm complete with flashing strobe lights in our room.”

  • Breakfast good, good swimming area, friendly workers.
  • You can here the people in the next room.

“I stayed a few days in another hotel not to far from this one and I paid about 60% more. The value for the hotel and what the indication of the stars of the other hotel was very misleading.”

  • They need a washer machine for the guest.

  • The lobby was decorated really nice.
  • The maids smoked out in the front of the hotel.

“I enjoyed my trip and plan to rebook. The only thing that I don't like a bout your service is that you are stacked with whatever hotel the system chooses.”

  • Service staff, king size bed.
  • The way the bathroom door opened and the limited parking.

  • Location to i-10.
  • The room had dirty linen.

“I stayed at this hotel two years ago. It was clean and reasonably priced. The owners have not maintained it well. I went to bed about 2:30 only to find that my linen had not been changed. I called downstairs but got no answer the first two times. One the third call, I was told there was nothing they could and they couldn't change my room because the property was sold out. The corner molding was caroming apart by the bed. To make matters worse, guest had to sign a statement saying that wouldn't have a party in their room. It was not a good experience. Two thumbs down.”

  • It is a new facility. The use of internet is free of charge.
  • I only slept there overnight, not long enough to explore the facility.

“After I checked out I immediately realized that I left a personal item there. I called and the staff was pleasant and had someone go to my room to locate the missing item. I sincerely appreciated this nice gesture.”

  • Clean, indoor pool, doors open towards the inside.
  • Slow elevator, of course this was the 1st time I stayed downstairs.

  • Convenient to south baton rouge.
  • Room not available upon arrival-apparently overbooked.

“Despite receiving a confirmation of my last minute hotel reservation, there were no rooms available when I arrived. The attendant was preparing to send me next door to Springhill Suites, but had one handicap accessible room available and offered the room to me. I was pleased with the room and experienced no problems thereafter.”

  • The decor is nice. There were nice amenities and the room was well supplied with towels and toiletries.
  • The key cards did not work properly. In fact at just before check out, neither the staff's or our keys were able to let us into our rooms.

“The hotel is lovely in appearance (like the picture). The room was well stocked with creature comforts. The beds are attractive and comfortable. The indoor pool is a plus. The location is very close to the highway.”

  • 2 calls had to be make for the roll-away bed to be brought to our room.
