  • Price.
  • Breakfast.

“Overpriced if we hadn't used Priceline.”

  • Staff did their best to be very accommodating.
  • Hotel policies were somewhat restrictive - $20 deposit to make local calls?

“A decent hotel, though with a few bothersome policies. For example, the hotel automatically tags on a $1.50 charge for the use of their in-room safes - though they will remove this at checkout if requested. Also, a $20 deposit is required to make local calls using their phone, though the hotel says local calls are "free" and I only found out about the deposit after trying and failing several times to make a local call (ordering pizza). These things sort of feel like "gotchas" and made my stay less pleasant.”

  • Friendly staff and gave free batteries.
  • No pool.

“We ran out of batteries and they took care of us with two different types of batteries.”

  • It was close to everything around the city.
  • The room smelled bad, and our shower didn't work at all.

“This hotel was probably one of the worst I have ever stayed at; our room milled so bad (like dirty feet) it almost unbearable. And we got up the next morning to take a shower and our shower didn't work, it dripped out of the shower head. We basically had to shower out of the bathroom sink. The hotel clerk said that they couldn't do anything about it.”
