• The room I finally was put in, did appear clean.
• After I requested a nonsmoker's room, I was given a smoker's room that had just been sprayed.

“This hotel would be on the bottom of my list.”

• The room used too much room "freshener". Made me suspicious of cleanliness.

• Easy to find and friendly staff.

“Easy to find off the freeway and friendly staff at the breakfast, and every thing was ready for check in. Check in made easy by the staff when we arrived there.”

• The room was more than what I expected.
• The entrances to your rooms.

“This is one of those times. The hotel was nice, the front desk staff was not courtesy. They had my reservation mixed up with another guest and they attempted to charge my card again. Also, there was a woman arrested for attempting to distribute drugs. She also was charged with credit card fraud and endangering a minor (she had her daughter with her) all of this was on the 9o'clock news.”

• Breakfast selection was horrid.

“There is no pride of excellence in the staff. Food selection, even for a continental breakfast, was sub-par. Coffee was cold. Juice machine did not work. Staff didn't care.”

• It is close to outlet stores and a Denny¿s restaurant is within walking distance.
• The main entrance is at the back of the hotel.

“Overall, the hotel was ok for a one night stay. Upon arrival the room was not clean and we had to get another room (luckily we did not bring in our luggage until we got a new room). The room and furniture was very low-end. Both overhead lights near the bed did not work, nor did the heat lamp in the bathroom. ”

• Seemed very clean. Pool area was nice.
• Bed was very uncomfortable. A double size for 2 people which was no supporting and hard.

“The hotel was clean, quite and a decent location. My complaint was with the bed and it's very cheap mattress and small size. We are not big people but a double is not comfortable for two adults. You could feel every move the other person made and there was no cushion on it for comfort. We were both stiff in the morning!”

• I asked for 2 beds non smoking. I got I bed smoking.

“I came in late for set up on my job. I did not go to inspect the room. However I initially asked for 2 bed non- smoking. I was traveling with my grandson. .We arrived back at 12:30 or later that night after working to find only one bed and a smoking room. The manager was the person that initially took my order and he was still there when we came back. He stated that it was my fault for not checking my room and that I had not requested what I had asked for. He then gave me one blanket, one pillow and one pillowcase. This was after offering a room on the second floor to an elderly woman who an not do stairs.”

• Clean rooms with fridge and microwave.
• Additional fees and taxes.

“Room was very clean. Check-in staff was very friendly in helping us get the room we wanted. Continental breakfast was very basic. Had some problems with staff during checkout.”

• They automatically put us in a smokers room. They changed the room reluctantly.

“Recent change of manager ship has made it into a less friendly place where profit motive outweighs customer service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

• We (my Wife & I) spent the majority of our evening taking advantage of the pool and Jacuzzi. Both afforded us the opportunity to watch our 7 year old.

“Very convenient. Close to Interstate exit. Restaurant within walking distance. Atmosphere is hospitable and family oriented. Clean and modern.”

• Although we didn't use it, it seemed to have a nice indoor pool area.

“Fairly clean, however our room had carpet pulled away from the walls exposing some nasty stuff. Also, our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but had a very strong smoking odor. Also, a lamp that had a wiring problem. This was a fairly large hotel and had only a few customers that night. It would seem that they could have given us a better room.”

• Convenient, nice breakfast, nice staff.
• Two of the pillows were without pillow cases, the bath tub had not been cleaned. We noticed it the morning of checkout so had to leave without a shower.

“Except for the above mentioned shortcomings of housekeeping, the hotel was quite satisfactory.”
