• Their hot tub was broken.

• The cleanliness and the breakfast.
• Toilet ran all night.

“It is very nice. This is my 4th time to stay at the hotel and plan on staying there every time I go to Burlington.”

• Comfortable beds, high speed internet in all rooms, Fresh baked cookies every evening.
• Not much in their gym/fitness room.

“Good clean rooms. High speed internet in all rooms. Friendly staff (one of them bakes fresh cookies for guests every night and sets them on the front desk, where you can grab one on your way back in). Large continental breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Fitness center was disappointing. It only has a treadmill, stair machine, and exercise bike.”

• Desk lady seemed to be error prone.

“It was a nice experience. Room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Prices reasonable. Internet access in the lobby had a printer so boarding passes could be printed.”
