• Convenient to where I needed to be, friendly staff, even though I got a smoking room-it still smelled cleaned!
  
• Too much junk in the parking lot.

“Overall, it was ok. The lady at the front desk was very nice. It’s a nice place and its clean. But the parking lot needs to be cleaned out. The re-modeling looks great!

• Location.
• Lack of continental breakfast.

“Decent hotel for the purpose of staying in town for a LSU football game. Staff was helpful. Didn't think the breakfast was much of anything, but it is right next door to a Shoney's. Location to Baton Rouge is very close.”

• Image didn't meet presentation that one expected, a little less appealing.

• It had rooms when no one else did.
• The front office was not open for use.

“It had a bed for me to sleep in when I needed one.”

• Easy access to highway.
• Poor continental breakfast, poor maintenance, bit pricey for what we got.

“For ~$10 less we would have gotten all we expected. Quality has dropped since our last visit 2 years ago. ”

• You had to have a key to gain access into the building.
• The pool was being repaired!!

“It was excellent for a large group of students which we were taking on the trip. We just needed more towels and none were available that evening or that morning.”
