• Safe neighborhood.
• HVAC unit had mechanical problems, stairwell was
  dirty.

“Stairwell needed a thorough cleaning. Room HVAC unit made a worrisome sound and compressor did not work on a warm humid night.”

• The location was good and the staff helpful.
• The swimming pool was
  very noisy and the hot tub was not pleasant because of the loud swimming pool noise.

“The hot tub was not pleasant to visit as an adult due to the very close proximity to the pool and the noisy echoes from the pool noise. When we had breakfast they had waffles but were out of syrup for the waffles.”

• Clean rooms, big beds, quite, nice selection for breakfast.
• The air was dry. Woke up with sore throat. Sheets not soft.

“Good location. Bed sizes were large, but the sheets weren't very soft. Rooms were quiet. Lobby area with tables for breakfast.”

• It needs a better lit parking lot.

“The parking is in the back and being a female, alone, it needed to have more lights and obvious cameras. My room was right by the elevator. No ice on my floor. It was okay.”

• Staff dishonest crooks.

“I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but the cleaning staff at this one in Quincy, ill is dishonest. I left money and a check that I had received as a gift in my room. When I returned, after it had been cleaned, it was gone. The desk never found it and acted like they could care less. I will not stay there again. The cleaning people must not be paid enough, so they take tips from the customers belongings when they clean.”

• I wish we could have had non smoking but was unavailable so I understood that it was not their fault.

• Dirty and too Smokey. Too expensive for what was presented.

“Way to expensive for what I received. It was a smoking room but it was not tolerable. I have spent a night in smoking room before and this was by far the worst. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The continental breakfast was superb!
• No microwave or fridge in the room.

“Comfort Inn Quincy was what I expected from a Comfort Inn and its peers. Generic rooms, decent prices, and satisfactory experience. It was certainly nothing luxurious, but it was perfect for my purposes. The indoor pool was very nice, especially when the temperatures neared 100.”

“We were unable to get a non-smoking room which was unfortunate, because the room smelled really awful. I expected a little more for the price that I paid. The front desk staff was very nice and they had breakfast ready by the time we had to leave at 5:40 am.”
