• Finding someone else's dirty socks in our bed!

• Quiet location even though it was located on the highway. Basic comforts for basic pricing.
• Check in time was late and the check out time early. The breakfast area was small and crowded. We did not use it.

• Convenient location to scenic sights in the Hannibal area.
• Poor service; room was not cleaned between nights; vending machine inop; desk rep not usually present.

• Nothing.
• Filthy, room service did not come; door cards would not work 2 xs, hard to reach rooms.

“I have never had a more poor experience. I would never stay at this hotel - possible any other Comfort Inn again. Staff was unpleasant. Room service did not clean room, door cards would not work both days.”

• Room at check in did not match selection.

• The room was clean.
• The pool was under contraction and too cold to swim in.

“The hotel was ok, but after driving all day, the kids wanted to swim. They couldn't use the pool because the water was freezing and they were in the process of enclosing the area. Breakfast is a continental buffet, but there wasn't much room to sit and eat.”

• Internet access in the lobby was great, especially for teens
• No exercise room like it stated, 1 treadmill with no key to turn it on.

“Overall was a pretty good motel. The continental breakfast was good. Not much of a hot tub, actually the water was not even warm. Had a treadmill in the same room as the hot tub with the terrible chlorine smell. No key to even turn on the treadmill. The outdoor pool was quite dirty.”
