“I felt I got what I paid for at the Days Inn. It was clean. I saw negative reviews posted about this hotel and I do not agree with them.”

• Dead bugs on room floor, poor housekeeping in general.

• It was filthy!

“The smell was awful. We finally checked out on Saturday & moved to a nicer hotel until Tuesday until we left to go to Watseka Illinois.”

• Responded to requests quickly, extra towels, maintenance, etc.
• Rooms/furnishings were nasty.

“First day - bathroom sink leaked. Second day - sent maintenance, however their mess wasn't cleaned up, housekeeping made the bed only and our door was left open by maintenance/housekeeping while we were away sometime after 11am until we returned at 2:00am. Luckily nothing was missing and anything of value had been locked in the safe. Third day - we arrived back at the hotel late and found that our room keys wouldn't work. We were given 1 complimentary breakfast. Nice gesture, but there were two of us - for 3 days, kind of odd not to receive 1 for each person. I have contacted the manager regarding these issues 2 days ago and have not heard anything back. Considering the condition of the room and the problems we had every day we were there, I would never return to this hotel, which I explained to the manager when she offered to give us a comp room for a future date.”

• Leaving.
• Mold in bathroom linens were yellow.

“If this was not paid in advance I would have walked out. It was disgusting, the sheets were yellow after requesting new linens they were not given until 7:30 the 2nd day. We were told they were being washed by hand as the washer was broken. It was the worst I have ever stayed in my kids were disgusted by the odor. Completely outdated and poor cleanliness and service.”
