• Room was nice and bathroom was clean.
• Over all
  hotel was a mess and internet service was terrible.

“The hotel was dirty and not just because of the construction. Check in and out was in a hotel room due to construction but staff seemed unorganized and computer system was broken. Wi-Fi internet was very unreliable and I was unable to complete the work I needed to do. Breakfast was sub standard. Instant oatmeal had no milk, brown sugar or hot water to go with it. Other selections consisted of donuts, apples, and coffee. We had to stop down the road to buy another breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but I would probably stay there again.”

• Would have been easy to find if there wasn't so much road construction.
• Unprofessional staff, dirty, no internet, construction.

“Very old building and once I got there I saw that the place was under construction. A guy in the bar told me an angry customer had set it on fire, so I didn't sleep very well that night. The staff was very unprofessional. They all had tattoos and piercing, even the manager had a tattoo right across her chest. I don't think that my room was vacuumed before I got there, and the place smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. And, the wireless internet never worked.”

• I liked the friendliness of the employees and their willingness to insure our comfort.
• I didn't care for the set-up of the continental breakfast. The area did not look clean, and it wasn't cozy like it is in other hotels I've stayed in.

“This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. My teen is now a student at UW-EC and I like the convenience of the hotel--just across the street from the upper dorms! The location is quiet, the university easily gotten to, and the comfort of the hotel is great.”

• Close to son in law; friendly staff.
• Location.

“This hotel seemed old, apparently has changed hands quite a few times; the outside appearance was not friendly. I have stayed at Quality Inn before and this just seemed uninviting.”

• I used to enjoy the convenience of a hotel with a restaurant-bar due to business.
• The restaurant closed early. The woman was rude. Wont go back.

“The hotel itself is fine, the restaurant closed early when I got back to my room, was told we closed 30 seconds ago. Didn't get anywhere with the front desk was only told they would put in my complaint. I went down the street found an very nice hotel and no headaches. The hotel never re-contacted me, I stay in this city 1-3 nights a week. They have lost my business from this very poor customer service.”

• I needed to have an extended checkout time. It was provided with no difficulty.
• The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. You could smell cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room.

“The room was cozy-warm when we entered, a great plus with the below zero weather outside. The neatness and homeyness of the room was very nice. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Information for the town was provided and was very useful. The pool was closed for cleaning, which would have been good to know before we arrived in case it was something we counted on for entertainment. A very enjoyable stay.”

• The service was friendly and the room was serviced quickly.
• Internet advertised but not available. Run down rooms. Poor work spaces.

“For the price, I found this hotel to be adequate for lodging short term. I would not have been pleased if this were a business trip due to lack of Internet (wireless only and it did not work with my computer)and a poor table space for working. The service was quick and they allowed early check in.”

• Reasonable rates and attached bar with entertainment and outdoor pool.
• Room smelled musty.

“Good for a place to stay if you want an air conditioned sleep with a NICE shower. Outdoor pool is nice also. Nice to have an attached bar with entertainment at night.”
