• Room needed a good dusting.

• The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The shower did not work.

• Large rooms, very clean, microwave and fridge provided in room.
• No second floor ice machine.

“Was greeted very warmly by staff, and was impressed upon entering the room, it was clean, and updated. Bath towels were nice and big, comfortable bed. Feather pillows.”

“The Comfort Inn at Coralville IA is located right off of I-80and a short travel to all hospitals, schools and shopping. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. And in room safe, microwave, and refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board with iron and coffee maker sure made life easy for an extended stay.”

• Bathroom fluorescent light very noisy-humming sound. No ice machine on each floor.

• They were as helpful a they could be considering the room odor.
• The first room had dog hair all over the comforters and other blankets (not sheets) and carpet.

“It fit our purposes for the trip- very convenient, good check-out time, good breakfast.”

• Drain in my shower didn't work. Removed and filled with globs of hair.

“Should be rated as a 1 star hotel. When you walk down the hallway, there was a strong smoke smell from the rooms that were smoking rooms. It hasn't been updated. It was just not a very pleasant place. I heard some employees arguing with a manager. I left early.”

• Room decor was tasteful. Leather chair was nice.
• Toiletries were not kept stocked sufficiently, i.e. You are in the shower and find there's no shampoo, it's lotion.

“Shower had a nasty habit of repeatedly turning ice cold with no warning. When we told the front desk staff, we were not offered a different room, even though the hotel was not full. Also, toiletries were not kept up - shampoo was forgotten. Otherwise, it was comfortable.”
