• Not one thing. It was awful. Waste of money.
• I would never allow a loved one to stay in this hotel. Several violations.

“I have never been so disgusted in all my life. The place was a bug infested, party hotel and very unsafe. I was never so glad to see sunlight, it was a restless, sleepless night. The pool was a joke. The hot tub water was a mossy green. The breakfast was instant coffee and stale donuts. I am sure it is only a matter of time before this hotel is shut down for building code violations. Word of mouth spreads fast, my family is a small group of 50, but between our extended family and friends, I will make it my personal business to share my personal customer satisfaction and safety issue is shared with all. If your customers are important your staff would not of treated me the way they did when I tried to address the safety issue at this hotel.”

• It was in my price range.
• The room was not clean and there were bugs in the bathroom.

“The service was good; staff was friendly and accommodating. The floors were not clean and there were bugs in the bathroom. The linens were also dinghy. The spa was dinghy looking and they evidently turn in off during the week and turn it back on for the week end, leaving the same stagnant water. The indoor pool was very chilly and I was concerned about its cleanliness. All in all I was very disappointed with the hotel.”

• Manager of hotel was nice and courteous.
• Housekeeping service was very poor.

“The hotel's hot tub was dirty and the controls did not work. The indoor swimming pool was cold. The housekeeping service did not do anything and was rude. The receptionist and management were nice and courteous.”

• They provided a handicap need at last minute so my wife didn't have to climb stairs.

“A good and friendly hotel with a good continental breakfast and 24 hour coffee availability.”

• Not much.
• The maid opened the door both mornings with the dead bolt on very dirty.

“This was the dirty hotel I have stayed at the maid opened the door to my room both mornings I was there even with the dead bolt on if not for the other door lock she would have just come on in This is a dirty place stains on the walls A room for 4 people with 2 towels in it? I would not tell any one to stay there at all.”

• Wired internet, shortage and quality of towels.

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Room was dirty and bugs all over it.

“Dirty, housekeeping seems to not have a good handle on cleaning & stocking rooms. We had wet towels & a bottle of cleaning solution in our room, another patron had dirty towels.”

• When we arrived, it was not a Comfort Inn, but an Econolodge, we found that the affiliation had been changed

“We reserved a room in a Comfort Inn, but found that the Motel had changed its affiliation to Econolodge. The room probably conformed to Econolodge standards which are far from Comfort Inn Standards. This was not satisfactory.”
