• In a good location.
• On 2nd floor, no hot water most of the time.

“Room cleaning staff would not clean if I was in the room, so there were two days that no service was provided. I was assigned a 2nd floor room and had several baggage items. There is no elevator and no offer of assistance. The majority of the time there was no hot water in my room. When showering, the hot water would be on full and only luke warm water was the result.”

• We didn't get the room we ordered.

“I ordered a 2 double bed room, because my husband and I and my 18 year old son were going to spend the night there. When I showed up they had us in a king size bed room. Therefore, my son had to sleep on a cot. Not happy about that, but they were very apologetic. Completely booked due to the recent flooding in the area.”

• Breakfast discount at Perkins.
• They were in the middle of renovating.

“Staff was great. I would make sure next time to make sure the renovating was done.”

• I liked the discounted breakfast at Perkings.
• The fact that just because I had a pet, I got placed in a smaller king room with no amenities (fridge, microwave, etc) that was listed on my booking.

“I am highly disappointed in this stay and quite frankly will never use their establishment again. They moved me from my original reservation because I had a pet, despite the fact that they allow pets and I paid that fee. They should have a disclaimer on their reservations that your room will have no/minimal amenities if you have pet. My daughter became ill with a urinary tract infection after being in the pool. The hot tub max capacity is 3 persons and we were unable to use it any time during our stay due to this issue and the high volume of guests in the facility. On the second night of our stay, there was a reception of some kind and we could hear and feel the bass of the music way into the late evening hours which made getting my children to sleep very difficult.”

• Room size, pet allowed, friendly staff and breakfast.
• Not enough parking spaces in back lot.

“Stay was great, however there were several kids running around and the pool area was full and over ran by hockey players being disruptive and taking up all the space from other guests. I wish someone could have asked them to keep it down and secure the hallways more, one morning we did not get housekeeping because one of the kids put a do not disturb sign on our door, not the hotels fault, but frustrating. If I had my younger daughter along we would not have been able to use the pool area on Friday and Saturday because the hockey group was out of control and taking up all tables and areas.”
