• All the foliage, green and everything was clean in and out.
• Prices at the cafe. I am a senior and I found the cafe close and convenient, I had to settle for the prices.

“Please make it possible for seniors like me to have down stair rooms and have a person to help with the luggage. Please do something about the prices at the cafe.”

• For myself, coming from out of town, it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice for the price!
• Cannot think of anything bad to say. Had a terrific time.

“Enjoyed the room would definitely stay their again. Would and have recommend to friends and family. Planning another trip down there in a month or so.”

• Several "walk to" restaurants and late night quick stops.
• Using "do not disturb" sign, results in numerous phone calls to help you.

• Decent TV channels.
• Room was a jumbled mess.

“Served to get me close to places I wished to be. Room was thrown together, lacked adequate furniture. Coffee machine sat atop the apt. fridge, for lack of counter space. Lots of blue collar workers with little regard to parking, stay there.”

• The location was excellent.
• The maid service was poor. Our room had not been made up by 3 pm.

“The hotel was in an excellent location for our needs. The price was a bit high for this small town location and the condition of the hotel. The maid service was not up to par.”

• I love the friendly people that checked us in our room, the location is perfect for us.
• There was nothing I did not like about the hotel..

“Holiday Inn is a very clean hotel, and the people are very helpful and friendly, We did not realize checkout time was at 11am and we called to see if it would be a problem if we checked out and 12am and they had no problem with it. The rooms are very clean and spacious. When we left I told my husband that is how I wanted my bedroom set up when we remodel our home next summer. I will be going back in July and I plan to stay at Holiday Inn again. Thank You For Your Hospitality.”

• Staff friendly, efficient, helpful.
• It's a motel, not a hotel.

“Holiday Inn New Iberia, just off the I-90 highway, gets points for that convenience. Otherwise, it's just another motel, albeit a clean one. They are charging more than they should for the most basic accommodation. Right next door is a Comfort Suites, where a room is exactly the same price, but includes a sitting area, coffee maker, refrigerator, free breakfast buffet. It is a much more pleasant experience.”

• Decent location (near highway) but still not close to downtown.
• Room was not clean.

“Not a bad place if you are in desperate need of a room, but not cheap. The room was dirty when I entered, and there was a lot of activity all around the property with some sketchy looking people. If the pool area had been enclosed it would have been nice as well, one of those old fashioned Holidomes. Also, I did not feel so safe with the lack of interior hallways.”
