• Very comfortable and cleanliness.
• There were enough pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable and would recommend more of a larger firmer pillow.

“My overall stay at the American Best Suite was great. I will consider it again when I'm in Pine Bluff.”

• Rooms to dark, refrigerator did not work heater had a fowl order when turned on no internet service.

“Would not recommend this hotel anyone.”

• Inexpensive, friendly staff.
• The room was nasty.

“The bed was not inviting (pulled the covers back to check for bugs before getting into it) extension cord was used to connect the coffee maker and the microwave into one of the two working outlets in the room fridge not plugged in the bathroom was nasty! No covers over the light bulbs/fixtures in the bathroom the floor was not level the ceiling was cracked lock didn't seem safe had to slam the door to shut it wasp nest outside of room (having to slam the door would stir them up) wondered if the car would had been broken into during the night if it was still there.”
