• Conveniently located outside of the outlet mall.
• Entrance way and door very dirty, grimy.

“The facility was dirty; when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait. When a worker did finally show up, she was not professional and was even wearing flip flops! The room was ok, but lights flickered on and off and the lights by the bed did not work at all! I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• It was close to the outlet mall and the highway. Easy access.
• There was a spill by the entrance to the lobby and flies were everywhere.

• Bathroom floor sticky, outside entrance, handicap room.

“This hotel did not stand up at all to the quality of the other hotels where we stayed and the price was higher. Was disappointed.”

• Clean room.
• No one was at the front desk when I wanted to check out. Rang bell twice.

“Very small motel, rooms were clean and decent sized, very poor breakfast, close to Iowa City and Amanas.”

• The amenities were excellent.
• No elevator.

“It was more than we expected. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was central to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Overall, a very good experience.”

• It was cleaner than I expected for a 1 star hotel.
• The super start breakfast was terrible.

“This hotel was a decent place to stay for the star rating, although it was extremely overpriced for an economy hotel. I will definitely research better in the future.”

• Friendly staff.
• Suite meant a little fridge & microwave and a couch stuffed into standard room.

“The location and staff were great. The room was noisy because of the fridge cycling on and off all night. Tight quarters. Nice to have the wi fi.”

• Beautiful, large rooms.
• Breakfast was disappointing: poor selection!

“Very nice, clean rooms with beautiful furnishings. Location was wonderful, especially for visiting the Amana Colonies and Tanger Outlet.WiFi computer connection was superb!”

• The indoor or outdoor pool was nice, to swim outside in February was a first!
• We were given a wheel chair accessible room without being asked, so I was dissatisfied with the shower.

“Great location to shopping and the historic Amana's. Very clean, nice continental breakfast, and the pool was very enjoyable. I will plan on going back.”
