• Friendly staff and willing to help in any way.
• The hotel is hard to find for the first time.

“Over all it is worth the price. Had problems with sending emails, as did the employee who tried to help me. Had to fax materials. They still thought it was my computer problem, but when I returned home I had no problems. This has happened on two trips now.”

• Convenient, easy access from highway, close to airport.
• Outdated, noisy location (near railroad tracks), broken faucet.

“It was a short 2 day trip where we simply needed somewhere to sleep, didn't really care much about amenities. It was clean, staff was friendly. Would not have been able to deal with the noise any longer than 2 days. This hotel was fine for our needs.”

• It is close to the freeway and the beds are comfortable.
• Smoky, run down, noisy, not very good service.

“Could not wait to leave. Though the rooms were pretty spacious and beds/pillows comfortable, the staff were hard to communicate with, seemed unknowledgeable and unhelpful/uninterested, it was very noisy and near a train and smoke was everywhere getting into non-smoking rooms, and one AC unit did not work well (was very old) and it was uncomfortably hot.”

“This is an excellent hotel for anyone. It is family friendly. It has 2 pools and lots of amenities. It has a restaurant and a bar on site. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Free business center.
• The rooms had no refrigerators. When I asked I was told that they would call me and I did not receive it.

“The hotel was a 3 star, but it was probably 1.5 at the best. It was designed in the old atrium style where you could hear people at the pool and in the game room while in your room. The hotel did not have an elevator for second floor guests. The rooms had no refrigerators. When I inquired about the refrigerator I was told that they are only in the suites but that they will try and find me one. I never heard back from staff. I was very disappointed with my stay and my friend who was staying in a so call 1.5 star hotel, had better accommodations.”

• The pool area was very nice.
• The room air conditioner was extremely noisy and so were the train tracks close by.

“The hotel room I was assigned was below my expectations. I asked for nonsmoking, but it was obvious from the smell the room had been used for smoking at one time.”

• Service was excellent- from front desk clerk to room service to restaurant servers-all top-notch!!
• Games in arcade did not all work- ate money.

• The staff was courteous.
• There is a railway line running behind the hotel. Train horns could be heard all hours.

“I would recommend this hotel as a two star hotel for the business traveler. Once in the area I noticed that there were several new hotels along the I-20 corridor that would make for a better selection.”

• Questionable area.

“In it's day it was probably a very nice hotel. The area is questionable now however. The hotel felt older and outdated.”

• Convenient to airport and local attractions.
• Old; rooms with balcony inside dome were loud when people were playing in the dome.

“Okay hotel. Convenient to university, mall, conference center, and airport. Rooms with access to the "holidome" were loud when people were swimming or playing, particularly at night when I was trying to sleep.”

• Large lobby, plenty of parking.
• Not pleased.

“Rooms seemed damped. Housekeeping only changed the towels, did vacuum before check-in or after first night, also did not make up beds. 1st room air condition did not work, empty Kleenex box in bathroom. Second room was better. Overall for sleep and rest room worked out well. ”

“I had an ill sleep over with 4 friends even though we were all 17 and very respectable not like most young girls they treated us with the up most respect and the room service didn¿t get and attitude when I asked for some toothpaste.”

“This hotel is right off the interstate which is what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful even late at night when I checked in. The room was clean but the beds were in need of new mattresses. Very nice place to stay.”

• Security guard on duty. He escorted my son and his fiancee to their automobile and was frequently visible.
• I have no complaints.
