• Good Views of the Lake.
• ADA rooms are not fun if you are not ADA.

“We were moved from our original ADA room upon request, even though the hotel was nearly full. Good service.”

• The view, location, room service and numerous amenities (2 pools, 3 restaurants, and stores downstairs!).
• The fitted sheets were too small for the bed, and navigating the building is complicated.

• Many rooms near pool area.
• No elevators to parking area from hotel.

“For a older hotel very good upkeep. Very clean, friendly staff & 2 pools. A lot of shops & places to eat.”

• Front desk was 4 star, Skyway, lots to do.
• Room was very basic; drunks in next room woke us at 2:30 AM.

• Our room was rented, so we were moved.

• Service, room service took almost 2 hours with no courtesy call, very disappointed.

“Very loud due to girls hockey tournament, staff did not accommodate to this feature, poor staff.”

• Relaxing, clean.
• Very noisy when the pool closed, only for a short time.

“Enjoyed our stay, impressed with the location and the sky-walk. We used the sky-walk to go out for dinner, to a movie and for breakfast. Recommended this hotel to my co-workers.”

• Convenient Downtown location.
• Parking, no restaurant for dinner, small lobby with slow elevators.

“Average hotel in Downtown Duluth which has been there a long time. Convenient, good business hotel but nothing special. More irritants than pleasure. Friendly helpful staff.”

• Free parking, nice looking rooms.
• Shallow pool and tiny hot tub (they did have 2 pools and 2 hot tubs on different floors though).

• Starbucks coffee in the Greenery! Large, clean room. Nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice location, near attractions and skywalk.
• Other guests were very loud in the hallways all night and into the morning.

“Overall we had a great stay. We tried all three restaurants in the hotel and liked them all. Our room was very nice, clean, spacious, lots of pillows, etc. The location was excellent, lots of restaurants, shopping and other attractions nearby. The only negative was the noise level in the hallway outside our room the second night of our stay. There was some kind of event in the ballroom and people were running and yelling in the hall off and on all night long.”

• Nice big room, harbor view, clean bathroom.
• Dirty carpet in lobby.

“This was a good value with a bigger than expected, clean, comfortable room. Would be good for families, as it had 2 pool areas. We had a quiet corner room, so the hockey team staying on our floor wasn't a problem! Free parking, in downtown.”

• Free parking, close to the action.
• Lots of teenagers around, not much of a view.

“It was nice, not great. We got our money's worth. I would stay there again. Didn't have the Wow factor for the room or the location.”

• The room was comfortable and the bed was fantastic. We were greeted by the front desk with a nice friendly group.
• Would have liked a hot tub.

“All was great. They took very good care of us and were friendly. The customer service was outstanding. I would recommend the hotel to friends.”

• Would be nice to know they wouldn't give anything but a king bedroom ahead of time when traveling with children.

“The breakfast we had was cold, the waiter was rude and unaccommodating. Although the manager did knock some off the bill. Again this was the first time a hotel has not been accommodating knowing we had children in the room.”
