• Suites, restaurant/bar.
• Under construction, hotel staff not super helpful.

“I stayed in this hotel and it was under construction. The suites have already been completed and are AMAZING: Jacuzzi tub, multi-jet shower, stone floors and counters (including at the wet bar), very comfortable bed, 3 flat-screen TVs (one in the bathroom), oil paintings, some even have a natural gas fireplace. The hotel was fairly recently purchased by new owners who are updating the entire building while still being open for business - non-renovated rooms are apparently horrible (think roadside trucker hotel). The restaurant-bar has also recently been renovated and is very nice: great food, knowledgeable and friendly restaurant staff. The only bad things I can say about this hotel are 1) it's currently under construction so expect some noise after 9am, 2) the non-renovated rooms are very bad, 3) the hotel staff have not been updated to accentuate the beautiful new facilities, and 4) it is not in the most picturesque location in Monroe, LA, but it is very conveniently centrally located.”
