• Pretty clean.
• Absolutely everything.

“I will never stay here again. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels and this staff was not polite at all about the problems in the room. The evening we arrived, the room was freezing cold. (And I'm even a very hot natured person). We turned off the unit and went to supper, thinking it would warm up while we were out. It was still cold so I called the front desk. She came and tried it to no avail and said she would call someone. We were assuming she was calling then. We never heard from her the rest of the evening and we were very uncomfortably cool till bedtime. Also, the fire alarm went off in our room (and maybe all of them) several times throughout the night. The exercise room was also closed. We went next door to Comfort Inn and it was wonderful and cheaper!”

• The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with directions we needed.
• Dust and hair on the bathroom floor and around the toilet.

• All the staff greeted us as we walked in. Very clean hotel!
• Did not get soap and shampoo each day. Only first two days. I stayed 5 nights.

“The staff at the Fairfield Inn was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean everywhere we went within the facility (pool, breakfast area, room). Best of all are the beds. They were the most comfortable I have slept in. Thanks you.”

• Waffle maker, friendly staff.
• Horrible television reception.

“Overall a nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast selection. Only two complaints I have are 1. The reception on the television is horrible. 2. The high speed internet is a joke.”

• I had a health problem to deal with and needed to find a hospital to get tests done. They were extremely helpful and concerned.
• I wish there had been a refrigerator in the room.

• The shower was refreshing with plenty of hot water.
• The entry doors did not have an auto open. When carrying in large amounts of luggage, it was difficult.

“I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. I found that the doors to the rooms could be a little more quieter-they allowed a little more hallway noise than I would have liked.”

• Free breakfast.
• Lots of privates from Ft. Leonard wood stayed in room next to us, noisy.

“This was a very good deal for the money. The only issue we had was with the people in the rooms next to us. Several (5-10) privates were staying in the rooms. The hotel is very close to Ft. Leonard Wood, so this is probably a common occurrence.”

• Experience in the past was reason for hotel selection. Met all my expectations.

• Needs new televisions in rooms.

“Good location with easy access from the interstate. Many restaurants in immediate area along with shopping. Hotel was comfortable with a reasonable price.”

• Large spacious rooms/clean/staff friendly.
• The coffee pot/I went and bought one that made more than 1 cup.

“This hotel was great overall the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast selection could have been better and a coffee pot with at least 4 cup capacity would have been nice I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.”

• Free breakfast in the mornings.
• Pool closed too early in the evening (10:00).

“Should have adult only swim later in the evening. Maybe 10p.m. To 11p.m. There is nothing to do in sty. Robert but go back to your room after dinner. We were there for a military graduation.”
