“I have to say this is one of the filthiest and noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. My advice: don't walk in the rooms with white socks! This place would be declared beyond hope by the Rug Doctor. My husband had his cell phone drop between the nightstand and the wall, and when we moved the nightstand, there was food, a prophylactic wrapper, dirt, etc., etc. behind there. At night, you could hear the next door room's TV (loud), & doors closing (loud). In the morning, we were awakened by banging on the walls & loud talking. It was the housekeepers bashing the loud vacuum cleaner off the wall in the next room then shouting over it to another housekeeper. We called the front desk and the phone rang 25 times until it simply disconnected, so we called back & some young person said they would "take care of it." Shouldn't this be "taken care of before it happens? We paid for a dirty, disgusting room with disruptive housekeepers and next time, we'll go to another hotel (plenty exist within a few miles).”

“The front desk has a habit of misinforming the guest. Especially with regards to internet access. Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet available in all guestrooms. The wireless internet does "NOT" work in every guestroom. I spoke with the internet provider when in a room I could not get access and was told that wireless will not ever work in the room. The front desk told me that it was due to traffic on the system. I heard them tell other guests the same when in the same room over a several month period. I also have coworkers her who experience the same. The hotel should just identify the rooms internet does not work and tell the guest that it does not work in that room instead of lying to them. It really ticks me off. ”
