• Wi-Fi internet was easy to access.
• The beds are full size not queen. Unacceptable.

“This hotel smells like smoke when you walk in and the hallways constantly reek of cigarette smoke. It looks like it was a nicer hotel at some point in time, but has deteriorated and needs a serious cleaning. The beds in double rooms are full size beds not queen size. They are not adequate for two people per bed, so if you are bringing children and need to share a bed with your spouse, prepare to be into a tiny full size bed. I felt like we were in Eastern Europe. Even Motel 6 is equipped with queen size beds in double rooms. It's 2010. Update! There is no breakfast included with the room, at all. The Holiday Inn Express provides a full breakfast with eggs and sausage. This is at most a 2.0 star hotel, not a 2.5.”

• Clean rooms and friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel at home.
• I wish they had a 24-hour dining room.

“My daughter and I always stay here when we come to lord. For concerts. We've found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. Our rooms have always been clean and I will continue to stay here in the future.”

• Everything was out of this world! I would gladly stay there again.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“We absolutely loved our stay!! I'm sending a thank you card to the staff. My husband was there in town to have outpatient surgery. They made our room possible to pretty much set up hospital so that I could take care of my husbands needs. The staff even offered to go to the store for me when their shift was over because I could not leave my husband alone in the room after his surgery. That, in my opinion, is true caring. I was greatly impressed with everything. I even liked how the housekeeping put their special touches on our room to make us feel more at home. This, by far, was the best hotel stay we have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone. ”
