“We left a library book in our room and realized it 2 hours down the road. We called them, they sent someone to the room, and are holding it until we go back through the area in a week. I appreciate that level of service. Very nice people.”

“The restaurant's breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. The milk was sour. There were fruit flies. The fruit looked terrible. Hot food was averagely prepared. However, I would return because of the location and the quality of the REST of the hotel. I would not venture back into the restaurant next time.”

“The hotel does not well accommodate customers. Other hotels have allowed us to request a King size room, but this hotel did not grant such requests. We have stayed at the hotel twice now and upon checkin, the staff at the front
was not very accommodating.”

“Upon arrival they had the air conditioner set to 53 degrees! Way to cold, and even more so because I had my 4 month old daughter with me. Next, the hotel staff, (mainly the front desk help) were extremely rude. I thought of talking with the manager which is not something I generally do but if all of the desk staff treat the customers like that I can only assume that the manager is no better. Overall, the hotel was clean and easy to navigate but if you are staying here for an efficient, friendly service staff, stay elsewhere.”

was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted to dine in a specific
restaurant and when I asked for directions they dropped us off there instead.”

“All in all, our stay at this hotel was OK. Not a bad experience, but not a great one either. Check in was very quick and easy. Same with check-out. Probably my biggest complaint is that the room was very small. There wasn't even a table to eat at. We didn't want to order room service because one of us would have had to eat at the (small) desk, and one of us would have had to eat on the bed. My other main complaint is the elevators. They were so slow. When we were checking out and were loaded down with all of our bags and stuff, we waited for at least 15 minutes (on the 7th floor) and the elevators opened twice for us, but both times they were crammed with teenagers, and I do mean crammed. So we ended up finally taking the stairs to the parking garage, which is 8 flights. Not very fun when you're loaded down with luggage. On a positive note, the view from our room was really nice. I especially enjoyed it at night, looking out on the river, and all of the lights of North Little Rock.”

“If you go there stay away from the elevators because the elevator bells and doors are loud. Other hotel guests were loud and obviously had been drinking. We got no sleep until after 3:00 am.”

“The Doubletree is a great hotel. The rooms are updated and the wide range of amenities are perfect for the business traveler or a vacation getaway. The underground parking was a plus.”

“This hotel had just been renovated and it was really nice on the inside - still looked a bit old and faded on the outside - but the inside is spectacular. They gave us a room on the 13th floor with a view of the river and it was gorgeous. Rooms are small - bed was only a queen - but space was very well utilized. We ate at the hotel several times and food was very good and reasonable.”
