• Non-smoking room was saturated with smoke.

“This hotel was a disappointment. This is the first time that the hotel did not come close to meeting my expectations. I booked a non-smoking room. Every room smelled of smoke. The TV picture was terrible. The promised internet access was not available. There was no information in the room regarding services within the hotel and locally. The bed was small and the linens thin and worn.”

• Close to interstate and bed was good.
• Didn't even have a shower curtain.

“The hotel was close to the interstate, so it was easy to get to and the bed was pretty good. However, the room looked worn. There was the occasional roach. There was no shower curtain! (Are you supposed to bring your own)? There was also no hair dryer.”

“There was no continental breakfast. There was no swimming pool. The ice machine did not work during the entire stay. The door locks would not function properly during the entire stay. There were 2 to 4 police cars called to the motel each night. There was excessive beer drinking in the parking lot at nights. There was excessive loitering at night, people just sitting in cars listening to rap music. This place is a dump, not a 2 star hotel.”

• I thought this hotel was in Bryant but was actually in Little Rock it was in an extremely dangerous location.

“This hotel was extremely rude towards my wife and me. She had to use the bathroom and in the middle of checking us in, he left us to help someone with their pay-per-view.”

• Good location, good price.
• Was told there was wireless internet service, NOT- television reception poor, remote control did not work-was told to bring it to the front desk.

“We needed to use our computer but got no service. We couldn't get good reception on television. Had to go to the television to change channels. The carpet was really dirty and sticky. We called about the remote not working and was told to bring it to the front desk for batteries. It was to cold to go outside. The card wouldn't work to open the door so we had to go back to the front for another one.”

• We were told it was internet friendly and we couldn't use it in the room.

“We couldn't use the internet in our room like we were told we could. The room was a smoking room and we don't smoke. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood.”

“The affordable hotel for leisure or business travelers even when they stated they will provide a continental breakfast however none of the staff would ever let the guests know when they're check in that they would have a breakfast in the following morning and when I stayed there I haven't had any breakfast even once! not to mention the refund policy.”

• There was a security guard--I was thankful.
• This room felt dirty and unsafe. It smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was not courteous.

• The room was clean and had a refrigerator; price was good.
• The location was not good; a bit in the bad part of town.

“Mattress and pillows could use an upgrade. Although the hotel is not in the best part of town they do have security in the parking lot from 9:30 pm until morning. There is a waffle house next door. The room was clean and the price was very good.”

• Crack dealers and hookers around the property. Disgusting.

“This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. This hotel should be condemned. We didn't even stay the night. Packed up our belongings and went to the Holiday Inn Express. You shouldn't be doing business with this nasty, nasty place!”
