Front desk help was good.
Beds were too soft.

Convenient location.
Shower did not work well. Low water pressure and took a long time to get hot water.

“It was ok. I expected more for the price. No iron or ironing board in room.”

Convenient to airport and University.
No record of my reservation, misdirecting me to my room, no hot water first morning.

“Hotel staff was friendly but I was kept waiting after a long day of traveling because my reservation was not in their computer data. Hotel was convenient to my travel plans.”
