• Rates and close to hospitals.
• Afternoon help was not friendly at all rooms were not clean.

“We had problems at first and the afternoon desk clerk was very rude, but the little security guy fixed us right up. The rooms were not very clean, hair on the bathroom floors and crumbs and paper around the beds. No soap or shampoo were in the rooms we had to ask for some. Great access to all the hospitals, but no restaurants close just the busy old convenience store.”

• mold in shower everytime I stay here.

“don't know if only priceline customers get rooms with mold, but EVERYTIME I stay at any of the 3 LaQuintas in West and SW Little Rock, I get a second floor and I get mold in the shower.”

• the staff was very helpful thats about it
• the bath rooms tub had mole the air conditioner leaked all over floor

“you should take this hotel off your list. there, were drug addits close to hotel, trash was all over the place the breakfast area was dirty,and the bath room could have been much cleaner, the carpet looked like some one had been working on a car.I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN.”

“Not a good neighborhood. Not convenient to local restaurants. Motels facilities in rough shape. Tub doesn't drain. Cleanliness is sub par.”

• For the Price the hotel was very spacious and clean however the area wasnt the best I heard police sirens about every 15mins.
• The gas station nextdoor had people loitering watching the hotel guests.

“The ladies when I checked were very professional and helpful, however over the next few days if I would go in to ask a question there was a young girl who was still in high school I only know that b/c she was wearing her jacket and I asked she wasnt very friendly or very helpful.”

• Easy access to interstate
• NOISY--put in room close to interstate, Bathroom dirty, toilet not working

“Aside from the lobby, in my opinion this is more a one star hotel. We were pre-placed in a room before we checked in and were unable to get a different room despite vacancy. The Bathroom was unclead, the toilet can continuously, and there were cracks in the the walls and ceiling. It is very noisy as we were close to interstate. The food at breakfast was stale and out of syrup for the waffles. Lastly, the location was unsafe.”

• Doors on the outside and questionable area

“This hotel was located in a questionable area in regards to safety. The hotel was also configured more like a "motel" with the doors to the outside (not inside hallways). The location was good for business travelers (central). Not a typical "La Quinta" by standards of others I have stayed at.”

• The rooms were very clean.
• The shower was for handicapped and only had a handheld sprayer at knee level.

“I have stayed at this hotel chain several times and mostly have good things to say about it. On this particular stay I arrived late and the security guard and receptionist were both very nice and helpful.”

• Road construction makes it difficult to access.

• Friendly, helpful, general good feeling.
• The water in the toilet kept running and I had to assist by taking the cover off each time and the bed closest to the window had a major.

“Sag in the middle of the bed and I chose not to use this one while the other one had a slight Hill in the middle and was some what uncomfortable for a bit of a complicated sleep trying to go from side to side.”

• Convenient location, easy on and easy off Hwy 430.
• It could have been cleaner. The bed linens were dirty. The parking lot was littered and the stairwell smelled like urine.

“The hotel was convenient and the price I paid was a good price. The linen was dirty, the parking lot was littered and had an overflowing, smelly, trash can by the stairwell the night I checked in. It was still there the next day. The stairwell smelled like urine. The La Quinta Little Rock Otter Creek, while further out from downtown, was a lot cleaner.”

• Manager let us use his computer, we forgot our laptop.
• Hot water knob fell off in hand, coffeemaker and hairdryer not working, carpet, chair doors dirty.

• Coffee pot and TV reception.
• Door jambs on outside allowed flies to enter room continuously.

“This hotel is under construction. The bathroom in the room we had had mold in the shower ceiling. The beds were nice, but the sheets didn't fit and kept riding up. If the hotel is completely remodeled, painted and spruced up I would stay again.”

• Desk employees were friendly.

“It was not maintained well, the housekeeping was not good, there where many pets (although we knew there could be). A couple of mean dogs! Breakfast bar was dirty and not stocked very well. ”

• It was close to the hospital where I was visiting my father.
• Hair was left in bathroom by tub and sheet on one of the beds had a stain on it.

“Overall, the hotel was not a bad place to stay. It could have been a little cleaner, but the staff was really nice and the hotel allowed pets, which is really nice when we have to travel with our small dog.”
