“We have stayed in 15 hotels this summer travel/business this was the worst. Not enough towels. People smoking outside their rooms, you could smell the smoke through our Air Conditioner”

“Not terrible, but it felt about like a 1.5 star hotel. Somewhat dirty and so close to the interstate that it was pretty loud.”

“Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very affordable pricing. I didn't expect perfection so the need to update the fixtures was not that much of a concern. What I did not realize prior to going was that the rooms have doors that open to the outside. Doesn't feel that safe as a woman being alone.”

“Our room had been a smoking room sometime prior to our stay; it still had a heavy smoking smell. The hotel pool was closed the entire duration of our stay. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels every day because, they were running short on towels and would only put one towel, no wash clothes or hand towels, in the room every morning.”

“This hotel was comfortable and quiet. It had easy access to major interstate freeways. The complimentary continental breakfast was good. I will likely be staying here again in the future.”

“Thank God we only stayed there for one night. It was kind of creepy. There was no trash can in the room, there was a dead cricket on the bathroom floor and the pool was a horrible sight. On the other hand, the breakfast was nice, the lobby was well kept and the staff was very friendly. It was pretty cheap, but we wouldn't stay there again.”

“The room was not what is expected from a La Quinta. It is in serious need of a remodel. The carpet was wet in our room from the leaking air conditioner and the whole room in general felt wet and humid. The bathroom was extremely small and needs updating.”

“It was old and unpainted. Room smelled like smoke. We were asked for a king sized bed, there was a double in the room. Ice machine was not operational on our floor and had not been for years! The floors of the stairs, halls and balcony were sticky, unpainted and looked like they had been used for changing oil on lawn mowers. The air conditioner was horribly noisy and when it was off the room was oppressively hot. There was no refrigerator to store my medications.”

“I was shocked to see this as a La Quintal hotel. It did not match up to the usual La Quintal standards. I would not give this even one star. The room reeked and was unclean. We found someone else's hair ties in the room with hair in them, the toilet barely flushed and the beds were abysmal. The good points are that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice and well kept. I would still not stay at this La Quintal again.”

“We stayed at the LaQuinta, and a short layover on a longer trip. Driving (S) on I30 out of little Rock put us in a position to miss the initial exit, and after correcting this, it was tough to find the main entrance. It was louder, with a lot if I30 traffic noise; and seem to be laid out a lot like a motel.”

“Wasn't the cleanest though neat. Area where waffles were made was not kept clean and waffle makers were nasty. We didn't get a in-room fridge and micro. Were told everyday that we'd have them. My granddaughter specially made birthday hat was taken from their room. I would never stay in this hotel again or recommend it. Several people I met at breakfast felt the same way.”

“Good hotel for the price. Have to drive a little to eat, but not so far that you are away from the hotel for more than 10 minutes to get to most places.”

“When we arrived the toilet was already plugged, as was the shower, there was a cigarette burn in my pillow case, the room smelled terrible, and the WiFi never worked. Also, the entrance was difficult to find, which was a problem since it was off an exit ramp. Not a highway, an exit ramp leading to another highway. This was the kind of place that you felt like you needed to walk around the room in sandals.”

“This hotel was in a decent location but the hotel was old and the beds were small. My wife and I were small and could barely fit in the bed. Needs a serious makeover.”

“Great value. Clean rooms with minimal frills but some rooms included fridge and microwave. The faucets dripped and couldn't be shut off. Good breakfast.”

“A typical basic hotel. If you need a roof over your head and a good breakfast, it'll do. The staff was not helpful and put us in a room with two double beds immediately after we asked for one king. When we asked to change, we were put into a room off the highway. Alright for just driving through, not the best option if Little Rock is your destination.”
