• Hotel was close to dinning and shopping.
• Iron was broken and the air conditioner leaked bad room and hall smelled of mildew.

“Hotel has nice lobby with appealing sports bar good for business travelers. Hotel room and hallways were old with very few updates.”

• Dining options.
• Showing wear and tear, had to go to a different floor for ice even though I was in the executive wing (platinum member in Priority Club).

• Nice location and friendly staff.
• Our hallway had an AWFUL smell!

“The hotel was very clean, but an older hotel. It is conveniently located off the highway near lots of restaurants. The only complaint I had was the smell in the first floor hallway. It was disgusting!”

“I planned for my wife and my children on for a trip they took. My wife had to switch rooms because of the first room being too dirty. She wouldn't let our children go into the pool because of the overall appearance of the hotel.”

• Restaurants, location to highway.
• Rooms located next to indoor swimming pool & first floor are very noisy.

“Overall, a nice family place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to romantic couples or older couples looking for some peace and quiet. I have no complaints with the room's cleanliness and size. Avoid the first floor if you plan on staying here. The first floor is very noisy, with the indoor pool, fitness areas, and constant opening and closing of the main hallway door. My room was on the first floor next to the pool and it was really loud, so much so that we asked to be moved but they were all booked up for the night.”

• The beds were comfortable. TV large plasma. Quite. really no smoking.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“This hotel borders the best shopping center in Columbia. Many chain restaurants are close. The rooms were exceptionally clean.”

“This hotel was in a nice location, and the gym was great. The pool was closed while we were there, and the room definitely lacked cleanliness and supplies (towels and wash clothes).”

• I like being on ground level with pool outside door.
• Hard to find way through halls. Need more direction signs.

“Room nice. Bedding a little stained. Maze of hallways to pool, elevator, exercise room, vending machines. Never did find door to stairs. Need more signage.”

• We enjoyed the indoor pool. The beds were very comfortable.
• Our sheets on our bed were stained with what looked like blood. The towels were dingy, stained and rough.

“For the cost of the hotel room, we were not impressed. The staff was not very attentive and the sheets and towels were stained and dingy. On the flip side, the beds were out of this world comfortable.”

• Very nice exercise/swimming area. Best I have ever seen. The rest of the hotel was undergoing allot of renovation so kind of messy.
• Room too hot. Could not control temperature. Paint smell.

• The woman who checked us in was excellent.
• Gratuity automatically added to breakfast bill. 20% is too much for a buffet with poor service.

• It was easy to find & I like the room.
• The hotel charged me again for the room and I don't know why.

“Whoever is in charge of this hotel should watch the book keeping. Charging twice should never happen to anyone, make me wonder if they know what they are doing.”

• Comfortable beds and bedding. Quiet. Great pool and workout areas.
• Age showing in bathroom. Below standard of rest of the package. Baseboard area not clean. Towels rough and thin. Needed comfortable chairs.

• The wireless internet in the room at no cost and the business center that has fax service at no cost.
• The restaurant options of persons of my age did not meet my needs.

“Great staff and service. Great "extras" at no cost that many luxury hotels find the need to charge for. The in room wireless at no cost and business center fax use at no charge were both very positive aspects of this hotel.”
