“I have stayed at this location on several ocassions. It has cleaned up significantly since my first stay!”

• The waffles were fantastic.
• The room seemed small there was no refrigerator and the phone was not in good condition.

“The room was fine for an overnight trailer such I was on this trip. I have stayed in other 2 star hotels that had a 5 star appeal. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the guest ahead of me and was very short with my check-in. When we called about the pool we were told the pool was closed for the season however upon closer inspection found that the pool was not secured. The continental breakfast was great and the day time personnel were very friendly, helpful and attentive to details. A quality that should be passed to its night time personnel. Overall I feel the room was fine for the trip however feel that the hotel discourages extended stays.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• Dirty, sink was falling away from countertop and drain broken and full of hair, same with bathtub, not clean/maintained.

“Courteous staff but terrible rooms. The first room we went to had a broken U bolt so I didn't feel safe staying there with my 2 kids (had a broken toilet seat too). The next room had severe cleanliness issues and maintenance needed to be called before the sink fell to the floor, among other things. Couldn't make coffee in the room because they put the wrong lid to the carafe of the coffee pot. Anyway, we stayed in that room because there were cameras close so I felt a little safer there and we were only going to be there one night. Good continental breakfast though and like I said, staff was very nice.”

“After traveling, we entered the hotel room needing to use the restroom. The toilet did not work and my husband had to fix it. The door lock was broken and there were no trashcans in the room.”

• The location was very convenient.
• The staff was not helpful; checking in took a long time. Remote control did not work.

“The location is good - convenient and in a safe part of town. It's clean, but worn. Staff leaves much to be desired. Where were the cookies I heard so much about?”

• It was close to where we needed to go.
• They said the room was cleaned when we checked in but they came in at 7:00 pm to clean.

“The pool had several bugs in it. The cleaning staff came in the room after we had already checked in and was told it was clean. We were only there for one night, and checked in after the check-in time, so therefore it should have already been cleaned.”

“The hotel was filthy, shower had mildew all in it. No toilet tissue in room.”

• It was being remodeled one room was fine the outer was terrible.
• The one room we were told would be non smoking was not was dirty and smelled would not move us.

• The hotel room was under major construction and the room was unclean.

“We were put in a room which was unclean (hair in bathtub, etc.). The hotel was also under construction and we were in a room with a ladder in front of the door where a gentleman was hammering during the day and painting (fumes in room). The hotel would have been satisfactory for the price had the construction not been underway and the room cleaned more thoroughly. We would have appreciated being informed of the construction prior to arrival.”

• Cops arresting someone for myth when going to check in.

• Great location and has great medical rates for one night stays for Dr. appointments.
• Air conditioning not working in several rooms, drains are very slow, staff rude.

“Upon checking in, there was someone at the desk complaining that his air conditioner was not working and the staff moved him into another room. I checked in and after getting in my room, found out that the air conditioner was not working in our room either. After remembering what happened at the front desk, I did not think they would do much. But I called the front desk to tell them that it was not working. The lady told us that she could move us to another room, but it would be upstairs. My aunt was traveling with me and she can not climb stairs. We went to a local store and bought a table top fan. The drains are very slow and we have been staying at that hotel for 3 years. We have to go to doctor's visits at Ar. Children's Hospital every 3 months and stay there because it's so convenient to where we need to go. We checked out the room this morning and while we were getting up and around, wanted to use the coffee maker. The pot was broke so my aunt goes up to the front desk and asked for a new pot. The lady at the front desk was rude and acted like she did not want to even help. She told her it would be 30 or 45 minutes before she could get someone down to our room to bring us a new coffee pot. We had to get ready to leave and just was not acceptable. It is a very good hotel, but the service I feel is not good. The upkeep on the hotel has not been kept up and has declined the last 3 years we have stayed there. There are reports of air conditioners not working every time we go, drains very slow.”

“The property is in need of repairs and maintenance. Housekeeping does a poor job of cleaning up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This hotel should not be part of your service.”

• Room was clean and spacious, not cramped. Very convenient location to interstate entrance and shopping.
• It's at a very busy intersection with significant traffic noise. I had to clean the coffee maker before use.
