• The entire staff is to be commended for their warmth and friendliness.
• Very shabby and run-down looking.

“Really a motel. It definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul. Very unappealing, with dirty-looking rooms, although they may not have actually been as grubby as they seemed. On the other hand, the staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was not bad, although again, the surroundings were less than attractive. The floor in my bathroom was slick with something (may be it got waxed by mistake?), which made it a bit hazardous to walk on.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• Fitness center was tiny.

“I think that the hotel. It just seemed a little worn down. The continental breakfast had several healthy options and the staff did a great job of keeping tables clear and restocking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel was so close to a variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.”

• Large room.
• Difficult to find.

“We've stayed in a couple of Ramada's recently that were not too impressive so we were pleasantly surprised that this one was clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast offered several selections to suit different tastes. The only negative Id say was the location being difficult to find. It's sort of hidden up a hill and the signs aren't very noticeable.”

• Capable of upgrading.
• The elevator was exceptionally slow.

“I upgraded to a suite with a hot tub effortlessly and enjoyed every minute of being there. This was a great hotel to stay in and I will stay there again.”

• Good location.
• No ice machine and for what we paid needed to look better.

“It was ok but it felt more like a sleep cheap motel not a hotel. We booked this for our honeymoon not romantic at all.”

• The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast selection.
• The pool area was not well kept. The ceiling was bulging and moldy.

“I was pleased overall with our stay however, the pool area was awful. There was mold on the ceiling and the condensation was dripping all over everything. The breakfast buffet was great and the business center was a nice convenience. There was a fitness center with a treadmill and two stationary bikes.”
