• Location close to the highway was good.
• The front desk clerk actions were discriminatory, rude and helpless.

• Great value for the price, very convenient for my business purpose.
• Carpet was stained.

“This motel was clean and well kept on the outside. The room was neat and clean except the carpet had stains making it appear dirty. The facility was exactly what I needed for attending a conference a very short distance away. I was alone on this trip and this motel fit my needs very well, especially the economic price.”

“Also on the bathroom floor. Toilet was dirty. Personal products from previous guest were still in the shower. Nightstand drawer had ashes and other illegal things in it. There were water rings on the dinette table so it couldn't have even been wiped down. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. The sad thing about it was that when I checked in (around 10:00 pm) I was so tired from working that day plus driving 2 1/2 hours to get there, I didn't even turn on the lights. I just lay down. So I found all of this the next morning when I was going to take a shower. I did not expect a luxury room for the price that I paid, but I did expect a clean one.”

• Very conveniently located with great rooms.
• Noise and partying most of the nights.

“Hotel is great other than we had a bad room location, we were put on the third floor right next to an outside stairway where partying was going on all night both nights, we had to call police and they never showed up. We could have a better room because the hotel was not even half full, we could have been placed in a better location on the third floor. We have spoke with management since our stay and they have apologized. I can say positively that this hotel is great for a long stay and close to the main hospitals.”

• The bed had black ants and spiders on the sheets and they were alive.

“Horrible. Worse than a motel 6.not even a 1 star. For example, they only clean your room once a week. You guys can't put business travelers at a place like this. That is how bad this chain is. Like I said, I¿d rather stay at motel 6.”

• It is perfect for meeting my needs.
• It was not as clean as it could be, and some items were broken.

“The hotel was exactly what I needed and I have recommended it to other nurses at the local hospitals that come in and stay 2-4 day a week.”

• Office closed 9 pm to 7am.

“This hotel was nice. It had everything I needed except a hair dryer. The only problem noted was that I had to call to find someone to open the office and let me have a room. The next morning I could not find anyone to check out with. I left the key in the room.”
