• Even at the rate we had we were given a suite with lots of room.
• It is old, dated. Needs a lot of repair and updating, flying a very tattered American flag. Disgraceful

“We would not choose to stay at this hotel again. We had to call the front desk for towels, coffee packets, the furniture is shabby although the bed was very comfortable, lots of chipped paint, and toilet ran all night! I would not recommend it.”

• Absolutely nothing!
• Noisy, dirty, outside doors never locked. Not responsive.

“We were disappointed by the overall lack of cleanliness. The first room we were assigned to had an inoperative lavatory drain. When I informed the front desk, we were transferred to a room on another floor. The bathtub was unfit to take a bath in. About 11 pm, a number of minors began running up and down the hall. I called the front desk to request action. The clerk assured me it would be taken care of. It wasn't.”

• Renovations in progress - issues with internet in rooms, only available in lobby area.

• Entry way with sofa and coffee table.

“The room was nice and spacious. Hotel staff was very courteous. Gym only has a couple of treadmills, eliptical, and bike; no weights. Spacious lobby.”

• I liked the location because the facility is near restaurants and other business that I am interested in.
• After I went back to the hotel for the night, I noticed that the security locks were broken and hanging down. I put a chair against the door.

“The people were friendly and helpful, telling me about the continental breakfast (which I didn't partake of since I'm diabetic) and other amenities of the area. The bathroom and bedroom area was very clean; however, there were no pictures on the wall over the beds and the security lock on the outside entrance to the hotel was broken. Other than these problems, I would stay in this facility again.”

• It's better than sleeping under the stars.
• Terrible Wi-Fi internet access - almost unusably slow.

“Carpet was stained, everything in the room looked like it needed to be replaced 5 years ago. Not clean at all.”

• The free breakfast.
• I had to get a different room because the first room was a mess and needed to be cleaned. I had chcked in after 5:30p.m.

• Night clerk was very friendly and kind. Good eye contact and attention.
• Person at check out was on the phone - not customer business - did not hang up when I checked out.

“Did not have directions to the airport! Sent me to housekeeper to ask for directions! Maids started knocking on my door at 9 am to clean my room. Knocked 4 more times before I left at late check out time.”

• Carpet was very dirty. No shower curtain. Sink drained very slow.

“Great location. But I wouldn't stay there again with children. My son had on new socks and when we arrived he kicked his shoes off. After an hour or so I noticed the bottoms of his socks were so dirty (it looked like he had been outside in his sock feet). The shower curtain was missing, it was promptly brought to us. But we also mentioned that the sink was draining very slow. They were to bring some Drano, but they never did.”

• Breakfast was wonderful.
• Needs more TV. Channels.

“The hotel was very spacious. The breakfast in the mornings were great, and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel was located right next to all the shopping centers with access to everything imaginable, including a ice-cream shop.”

• Rooms weren't cleaned daily if stayed more than one day.

• Excellent breakfast variety of foods.
• There was no fitted sheet on our bed, just two middle sheets.

“I feel this hotel should have a better entrance area. The entrance you turn in on is for two hotels and the other one is the only one marked. We came in from the backside because we had driven past the entrance and had to continue looking for an entrance.”

• Decent breakfast.
• Mob of kids took over floor. Parents did not supervise and staff did nothing to stop noise and bad behavior.

“This was one of the worst hotel stays we ever had. On one night two bus loads of kids came in and were placed on our floor. While their parents had a party in the lobby all night, the kids took control of the floor and yelled, banged on the walls and ran the halls. Complaints to the one staff person at the desk did nothing. In effect, the hotel turned control of the place over to a mob. That night was just the final straw. The room was in need of repair and the bathroom was moldy. Stay anywhere but this place.”
