• Very nice place to stay.
• Some kids running outside room after 11:00 pm.

• Great atmosphere and comfortable beds!
• The cleaning woman tried to enter my room 3 times the morning of my scheduled checkout. I was sleeping and it was nowhere near checkout time.

“My overall experience was great, but it would be wonderful if I could complete my stay with a good morning of sleeping in. It would be nice if the hotel kept tabs on which guests have checked out and only send the cleaning persons to those rooms. Instead of constantly bothering sleeping guests.”

• I liked the automated check-in terminal in the main lobby.
• Nothing.

“Located in a busy part of downtown so it's convenient for those travelers coming off the interstate. Very nice and friendly staff. Overall a very clean comfortable hotel.”

• The rooms have everything that you need from a quality hotel.
• I would have liked a complimentary USA Today newspaper

“The service was great. The room had a great view and everything that a quality hotel should have. I have always liked Embassy Suites hotels and this one was as good as any I have stayed in.”
