• The beds and pillows of course. The staff, especially the front desk.
• No room service available, no indoor pool.

“I love staying at the Hampton Inn in Conway, Arkansas. The beds are extremely comfortable and I love the pillows! The rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff should be commended. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate any reasonable request. Suggestions for a more comfortable stay would be having a restaurant added to the hotel and room service available. An indoor pool would also be a plus. The breakfast provided in the lobby isn't bad, but sometimes leaves a little to be desired. A restaurant with room service available would be great. I will stay there again each time I visit Conway, Arkansas. The hotel is quiet, my sleep was undisturbed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved it. No complaints! And the price was right.”

• Mold in bathroom, ghetto location.

“Did not feel safe, would not go out at night to eat, left my suitcases against the door at night. They were remodeling. But just putting new around old, new tile in bathroom, but mold around fixtures etc.”
