• Location.
• Hotel was not a good experience.

“Hotel room had a musky smell. The light above the bathroom sink was flickering. Clothes hangers were in a pile on the floor. (There was no closet or rack to hang clothes). This hotel was not a positive experience.”

• Just about nothing!

“The rooms face out and open to the parking lot. There was a distinct and offending odor in the room and it was not the air freshener that usually bother me. Hope you have a better luck.”

• Room too small.

“Room too small for the price. Have stayed at this place when it was comfort inn, now changed to quality inn; it is not.”

• Location and view is nice.
• I did not feel safe. The room was drenched in disinfectant spray which was very irritating to someone with sensitive allergies.

“The hotel is under renovations but is obviously old and in need of updates and repairs. The refrigerator rattled and spewed all night long. The room was very plain with no decorations. The door opened to the outside, which did not make me feel safe as many people walked by during the night. We have stayed at much nicer hotels for the same price or less.”
