• Staff very friendly and helpful.
• 3rd floor corridor smelled as if someone had smoked.

“Older hotel, heat worked great, good water pressure, no problems getting extra towels or pillows. Pool on the cool side hot tub nice walls were thin and you could hear the doors and rooms next to your room.”

• I liked nothing.
• Everything was negative.

“This hotel stay was the worst one I have ever had. There was a group of us and we had a total of 7 rooms. We hardly swam because the pool was about 60 degrees. The hot tub was warm the first night but then it was colder than bath water for the rest of our stay. The staff was very rude, except the 3rd shift employees during both nights. We had nothing but problems from the time we checked in until the time we left. It was not a very up to date hotel. Everything seemed like it needed to be repaired.”
