  • Very close to where we had to go.
  • Were not severe enough with noisy guests in the next room.

“Was very convenient to where we had to go and a shuttle picked us up at the door and took us to the door of the mayo clinic with no charge.”

  • Clean, worth the money, convenient, good ice machine, etc.
  • Need a quiet place outside of room to use laptop, no TV, no music.

“perfect for my purposes, except I need a table and chair outside the room for me and my laptop. It could be anywhere, hallway, closet, but without TV or piped in music. My wife insists on watching TV in the room.”

  • Very nice accommodations and excellent continental breakfast.

“Motel surpassed my expectations. Location provides excellent access to Mayo Clinic. The rooms were spotless!”

  • Pool is open 24 hrs a day.
  • Only can get in on one side of the building.

“Like that this hotel has a lounge/bar. Pizza ordered from there was great! Music entertainment playing there as well. Pool open 24hrs a day was nice.”

  • Easy to go to the clinic, shopping and some restaurants.
  • A lot of outside your room noises.

“Nice, clean, friendly staff. Have stayed here before, and that is why I decided to stay again.”

  • Cleanliness, breakfast and shuttle service to Mayo.

“Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The room was clean and neat. They had a very good complimentary breakfast and its location to shopping and the Mayo Clinic was central.”

  • Closet space & fridge and microwave nicely hidden.
  • The window and heater and
    AC unit were very drafty.

“The room was comfortable with a comfortable king size bed, nice couch, plenty of closet space. I really liked that the fridge & microwave were located in an enclosed cabinet. There 6 pillows!! I had brought some of my own because there are never more than 2. The bathroom was small. If I had a companion we could not have been in there together.”

  • Liked the laundry facilities & good shower pressure.
  • Didn't know hotel accepted small pets.

“Good hotel for the price & location. If you have allergies to small pets, would ask if they have rooms that have been pet free. We weren't aware small pets were accepted so we didn't ask for a pet free room. I was stuffed up and sneezy during the whole stay.”

  • The pool/hot tub was in a separate section of the hotel and open 24 hrs.
  • The walls were thin.

“This was a great hotel for the buck. The walls were a little thin, we could hear people next door talking loudly, but the room was comfortable, the staff was willing to help, and the pool facilities were great. The pool was in a separate section of the hotel, so those sleeping weren't bothered by the noise. It has a small kiddies play area, a pool that ranges from 3'-5' and a large hot tub - all open 24 hrs/day! So you can still have the dinner you want, the shopping you want, and the sight seeing, and still have time to swim and relax. There is a lounge on premises as well, and the staff is very friendly. (Drinks are a bit expensive, but, it's a lounge in the hotel, so of course it won't be cheap).”

  • Easy access and close to downtown.
  • The room wasn't clean and had a bug problem.

“I was not treated like a regular customer because I booked on line. We had a terrible experience at this hotel and were told we would be camped at least one of our three nights because the room was not clean and there was a smashed roach in the door jam of the bathroom at shoulder height. My wife then had a bug crawl out of the bed as she was reading on the second night. When I told mgmt. About it the response was not what I expected. When we checked out the gal at the counter told us she couldn't do anything because we booked on line. I don't plan on staying there again.”

  • Very clean, friendly.
  • After the first day, the soap, shampoo and coffee weren't there.

“Everything was nice, newly remodeled, great breakfast, just the supplies, soap, shampoo and towels were a little short after the first day. We were there for 3 days.”
