Friendly and
helpful staff.

“Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Mayo Clinic - shuttle bus is on call to go to any clinic location or to selected leisure pursuits and shopping. Distance to main clinic is also walk able. Mini-apartments make staying a week very comfortable and convenient. Parking is free and convenient. Staff was very accommodating.”

Great hot-tub.
First off, toilet backed up, toilet paper holder broke.

“It was ok, and I was told at the front desk that the original room I chose, was too small for 2 ppl. Upon entering the new room, the toilet was not able to flush, so we called the front desk, and all they did was use a plunger. Next day, the toilet backed”
