  • Rude and did not have a room and totally not helpful.

“They did not have a clean room. They were totally unaccommodating In fact totally rude! This is the worst service I have ever seen in a hotel. They would not even call another location to check availability. Of course the money was kept and I still had to pay for another room at a competing hotel.”
